Withdrawal Policy

At REST ROUND, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you change your mind about your purchase, our withdrawal policy outlines your rights and the process for returns.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement.

2. Conditions for Return

Due to the nature of hygiene and recovery products, items must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund. We cannot accept returns of used or opened bottles of REST ROUND Combat Gear & Skin Spray for safety and health reasons.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
